This is the preliminary agenda for the regular meeting of the Tracy City Council at 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, 333 Civic Center Drive.

• Accept a consultant’s final report on a city cost allocation plan and consider new single hourly billing rate methodology and modification of cost recovery agreement overhead recovery levels

• Hear FY 13/14 general fund mid-year budget performance report

• Discuss and provide direction on a council communication policy

Consent Calendar

• Accept the Downtown Plaza Project, completed by Knife River Construction of Stockton

• Accept the installation of fiber optics from City Hall to the Tracy Transit Station, completed by Kertel Communication Inc. of Fresno

• Accept Muirfield 7, phase four, tract 3779, for Standard Pacific Corp.

• Accept the Police Firearms Practice Range restroom building, completed by Southland Construction of Pleasanton

• Approve various amendments to the professional services agreements with Kimley-Horn and Associates for completion of roadway analysis for Cordes Ranch and Tracy Hills developments

• Approve various professional services agreements with West Yost and Associates related to water analysis for Cordes Ranch and Tracy Hills developments

• Approve amendment number three to the Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, for the Tracy Hills Specific Plan amendment subsequent environmental impact report

• Approve four professional services agreements with Kimley-Horn, First Carbon Solutions, Ascent Environmental and De Novo Planning Group for environmental analysis services and planning assistance for various projects

C3TJ, ya I used plural. Did you happen to go to the city counsel meeting last night? If you did you would know why. I guess that was not news worthy enough for the Tracy Press.

Ya, and they forgot one: Listen to residents of the City of Tracy voicing their displeasure in the way city employees are spending taxpayer monies for their own convenience.

Not all city employees, just a certain one. But remember, the TP wants to cut him some slack.
