I would love if we had more cloudy/rainy days. I prefer them over constant sun any day.
I flew to Michigan a few years ago mid-October wearing shorts and they all thought I was nuts. "Why you wearin shorts this time of year"? as a bus driver asked me at the airport.
I disagree with y'all about it being easier to get warm than to cool down. I'd much rather be hot than cold. I can deal with the heat. I can't deal with freezing my butt off. I don't want to wear 3 layers of clothing to keep warm.
Bring on the heat and sunshine.
We have a short winter anyhow, it's already warming up by the beginning of March most of the time.
Perspective sneaky, perspective.
Well said in yer comment on man made global warmin. Wish more people got it like you have. I too prefer th cool ta th warm. Ya can always dress warmer but ya can only go so fer when it's hot. Still, it ain't much fun standin in th cold rain doin yer job if yer one of those who make thair livin out of doors.
Perhaps people wouldn't mind th cold so much if they didn't have air conditionin in th hot months of th summer.
Still, a lot of it's just human nature ta complain. It's th story of th three bears really. Too hot or too cold an never just quite just right cus someone else got thair first.
if only it were not a myth.
