Services will be Friday, May 3, for Tracy resident Beverly Romans, who died April 25, 2013, at Kaiser Hospital in Manteca.

Mrs. Romans, 79, was born Dec. 30, 1933, in St. Paul, Minn., and moved to Tracy from Fresno in 1983. She worked in the restaurant and hotel management business for 40 years. She belonged to the Tracy Elks Lodge and Order of the Moose, and was an honorary life member of the San Joaquin Dixie Band Jazz Society.

Mrs. Romans is survived by her daughter, Patricia Mosqueda, and her companion, Bob Lebda, of Clovis; brothers, Gerald La Rue, and his wife, Mary, of Fresno, and Richard La Rue, and his wife, Donna, of Hanford; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Romans, in 1996.

Friday’s service will begin at 10 a.m. at Hotchkiss Mortuary at 5 W. Highland Ave. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. the same day, also at the mortuary. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at Clovis Cemetery, 305 N. Villa Ave., in Clovis.
