Cindy Lou, a 4-year-old spayed female husky mix, is energetic and likes to jump. Tracy Animal Shelter also has several cats and kittens waiting to be adopted. The staff requests donations of canned and dry food for cats, toys and treats. The shelter, 370 Arbor Road, is open from noon to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
