Irish bagpipes, Greek gyros and Hawaiian leis found common ground Saturday during the Tracy Multicultural Festival at Lincoln Park. The city’s Community Cultural Arts Commission put on the festival to emphasize cultural education, and the event included a global village where visitors could sample the different cultures present in the Tracy community.
