Tracy police responded to 262 calls for service on
Wednesday. The following is a sample of those reports:
1:51 a.m.: A caller near I-205 and MacArthur reported a
speeding car swerved and almost hit a Caltrans worker.
2:28 a.m.: A woman on the 300 block of Finale Way reported
that she heard voices and noises coming from her backyard.
8:44 a.m.: A woman on the 300 block of Jaeger Street
reported that she saw two young men come out of a vacant house yesterday. The
callersaying that she sees them in
front of the door to the house, which was partially open.
8:58 a.m.: A woman on the 2900 block of West Lowell Avenue
reported that her father hit her and said that he would stab her with a knife.
11:36 a.m.: A caller reported that a man with a knife in his
hand looked into cars on the 500 block of Cape Breton Drive.
12:31 p.m.: A caller on the 100 block of South Tracy
Boulevard reported a thief broke into a car and stole items.
12:37 p.m.: A caller at a house where garage doors were open
on the 700 block of Forecast Lane reported a car drove slowly down the street.
The caller followed the car out to Corral Hollow Road, and the driver became
defensive when asked what he or she was doing.
12:59 p.m.: A man on the 600 block of Serpa Ranch Drive
reported the theft of both of his license plates from his car.
1:07 p.m.: An employee at Rite Aid, 1970 W. Grant Line Road,
reported a man stole a bottle of liquor.
1:09 p.m.: A woman on the 2100 block of Thelma Loop reported
her ex-husband pushed her and refused to leave her house.
1:27 p.m.: A caller at the 99 Cent Only Store, 1320 W. 11th
Street, reported seven to eight teenagers smoking marijuana behind a
check-cashing store.
2:28 p.m.: A woman on South Central Avenue reported that her
credit card was stolen on Friday and it was now being used.
2:48 p.m.: A man on the 500 block of West Grant Line Road
reported a “customer’s car” was stolen.
3:36 p.m.: A woman on the 1700 block of Deborah Street
reported her son hit his girlfriend. A neighbor called three minutes later to
report that she heard screams at the house where the original call came from.
3:45 p.m.: A woman at 10 Lovely Nails, 1835 W. 11th
St., reported her sister argued with a woman whom she believed to have done a
bad job on her sister’s nails.
3:58 p.m.: A caller at 23rd Street and Bessie
Avenue reported a friend was hit by a van while riding a bike. The victim was
lying in the street.
4:05 p.m.: A boy on a bike on Schulte Road and Sycamore
Parkway reported that a man in a car threw a soda at him.
4:10 p.m.: A woman on the 2800 block of Butler Court
reported her roommate had a Hell’s Angel member at the house who said that he
was going to kill her. The woman drove to the police station to give more
details.
4:26 p.m.: A caller on the 300 block of Mary Court reported
a car broken into the night before.
4:50 p.m.: A man at the Tracy Police Department, 1001 Civic
Center Drive, reported that he suspects people who hit a woman behind an
apartment complex were the same suspects that robbed him two months ago.
5:04 p.m.: Police arrested a man at Safeway, 1801 W. 11th
Street, for shoplifting.
6:10 p.m.: A caller at Subway, 3310 N. Tracy Blvd., reported
that a man harassed employees in the store.
6:30 p.m.: Police arrested a man on the 200 block of West
Clover Road on multiple warrants after he hit his mom and dad.
6:55 p.m.: A caller reported two people trespassing in a
vacant house swinging something around towards the ceiling.
7:21 p.m.: A caller on the 400 block of Memoir Avenue
reported five kids pushed over garbage cans and turning on people’s water
hoses. The caller said that one of the kids took things out of the back of the
caller’s car.
7:25 p.m.: An employee at Straw Hat Pizza, 3228 N. Tracy
Blvd., reported an ongoing problem with a woman ordering pizza. The employee
said that the woman orders a pizza and says she’ll pay for it with cash, but
upon delivery, she hands the delivery person a check and closes the door.
7:34 p.m.: An employee at Save Mart, 875 South Tracy Blvd.,
reported two men tore apart copper coils out of a freezer unit behind the back
of the store.
7:38 p.m.: A caller reported a stolen wallet at the 99 Cent
Only Store at 1320 W. 11th Street.
8:09 p.m.: A caller’s daughter on the 1600 block of Griffith
Court reportedly did not return home from school.
8:15 p.m.: Police arrested a man for shoplifting at Home
Depot at 2461 Naglee Road.
8:26 p.m.: A caller at Tracy Press Park, 700 Weeping Willow
Lane, reported kids rang the caller’s doorbell, then ran away.
9:07 p.m.: A caller at Tracy Boulevard and Clover Road
reported two men fought and were now arguing.
9:08 p.m.: A caller at Joseph Tiago Park, 1200 Eastlake
Circle, reported two men smoking marijuana in the park.
9:31 p.m.: A woman on the 300 block of Acacia Street
reported her husband’s ex-wife’s new husband called her and said that he was
going to kill the family.
9:38 p.m.: Police arrested a drunken man on the 3500 block
of Ernest Drive after he kept his wife at their house against her will.
10:31 p.m.: A woman on the 300 block of Acacia Street
reported a man threatened her earlier and said he was “coming over with a gun.”
10:51 p.m.: A caller at the Chevron gas station, 755 S.
Tracy Blvd, reported eight people fought and then drove away.
11:32 p.m.: A man at the Valero gas station, 153 East 11th
St., reported that his brother-in-law is “always trying to talk his wife into
leaving him.” The man was slurring his words and also said that if police don’t
come quick “something is going to happen.”

As accounts from yesterday appear sketchy: Two young men come out of a vacant house; "sees them in the front of the door, which was partially open." The rest of the house was entirely open as was the remainder of the Jaegermeister.

Wednesday - September 17th - written by fortheunderdog. "7:03 p.m. A man at the 99 Cents Only Store, 1320 W. 11th St., reported his wife's purse stolen and her credit cards used."
"The couple returned to their home and immediately called their bank who said that a woman's credit card had been used at 7:05 at the 99 Cents Store for a total charge of 99 cents."
Regretably the manager of the 99 Cents Only Store had to return the couple informing them, "there would be an extra sircharge of 99 cents, for all calls made from the store after 5 p.m.."

8:15 p.m.: Police arrested a man for shoplifting at Home Depot at 2461 Naglee Road.
The man claimed to be a master thief and couldn't figure out how the employees saw the ladder as he hid it so well.
Or
The man complained that last week when he stole equipment off of a customer's truck no one cared so why the quick response now?

Freeway driver swerves their vehicle towards Caltrans workers who were all leaning on their shovels and brooms talking instead of working. Irate driver just wanted them to get back to work and not waste tax dollars.

Appears this story was fabricated if the victim was lying in the street. Wonder what he would have said if he was on the sidewalk?
