Employees: "Scoop your poop sir"
Dumping Guy: "No!"
Employees" Clean up your crap sir"
Dumping Guy: "No!"
Employees: "Okay, we're going to call the police!"
Dumping Guy: "Are they going to shovel my s***?"

Yeah, I caught that! What the heck! Why does it take so long. Maybe they were waiting for the boss to tell them that this was a crime and should be reported to the police. At this point I am thinking an employee was the thief.

The report did not say if "it" was out, just that he was playing with himself. Hey dude, hurry up or your going to be late for the dinner at Center Of Hope Church.
