Less-than lovely loos E-mail

The concerts in Lincoln Park were great, but the bathrooms were disgusting.

EDITOR,

Several of my friends and family members enjoyed the Concert in the Park series, as we have for the past several years.

We attended all but one and had a great time.

I must say, though, with all the fun we had in what is a beautiful city park, the bathrooms are always horrific — never clean and just plain unsanitary and unhealthy.

It’s so disappointing, because we find this over and over again. No toilet paper, wet floors, doors that won’t lock and nothing to wipe your hands on to dry them.

It seems like these restrooms would be easy to maintain.

But, maintaining the restrooms would cost money....and if they don't spend the money, the city officials can use it to increase their own pay!

If Tracy plans on going green by turning its city into "Green Village Living", might be smart to plan for more "loos" throughtout the city where the events are being held? Or future events to be held. City planner, take notice.

Thanks.

Here's another thought. Maybe the city can offer Surland the building permits it is seeking in exchange for Serpa to "personally" clean the public restrooms in Tracy for free! smilies/grin.gif smilies/grin.gif

You did it again. Your friend Lea is going to be angry that you're grouping her with Serpa. smilies/wink.gif

amy,

LOL. When you were living in the area, did you work at Modesto's Doctor's Hosp?

My daughter was having pregnancy complications and was ambulanced there because their, I think it's called this, NICU is the most advanced in the area. The staff there was great! Everyone was attentive and professional. I have nothing but praise for the staff, from housekeepers to doctors, of Doctors Hospital.

St Joseph's in Stockton is another on my list of great hospitals. Best cath lab in San Joaquin County. My cardiologist is also the best in Tracy and was, I believe, once head of cardiology at St Joseph's.

Yes, am pleased to have worked there, many highly specialized doctors in many fields. Loved working there and will miss working there. Great staff and people, too! So glad your daughter got her excellent care at Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Modesto.
Bet you were all wonderful patients, too!

The medical profession will be pleased to read this!

Thanks!
