Teresita Valera checks the seating in what will become the Hula Hut restaurant in downtown. Glenn Moore/Tracy Press For years, there was an office supply store on the corner of
10th Street
and Central Avenue,

Longtime caterer Teresita Valera, who plans a grand opening
Aug. 8 for Hula Hut, isn’t new to the downtown. She’s sold food for the Tracy Farmers Market since 2000. This will just be
a permanent spot to share her unique recipes with the city.
