Instead of insulting Tracy, a resident writes, Wal-Mart needs to give Tracy a top-notch product.
EDITOR,
I read your editorial (Our Voice, "Supersized expectations," July 10) regarding Wal-Mart’s insulting remarks about the aesthetics of our city.
How dare this company bring a substandard product to our town and expect to be welcomed with open arms? Kudos to Mayor Brent Ives and other members of the council for not letting Wal-Mart sneak this one by, and kudos to the Tracy Press for reporting on this item.
If Wal-Mart is unwilling to bring a better-looking store to town, who knows what else it is withholding from Tracy? If Wal-Mart is unwilling to bring a top-notch product to Tracy, it should not be allowed to expand.

Are you going to bring Tracy, CA the American Canyon?
Of course, we realize that "Low prices" are nice and all!?!?!
Thanks!
