Tracy PD is worthless. With a starting salary of $57,000 we deseve better service.

Uh, hate to ruin your comment but $57k is nothing compared to what police officers have to put up with. TPD should be making more. If you want to keep good officers Tracy better up their pay or at least match it with surrounding cities PD's. I don't know what the turnover rate is with TPD but you can be sure that after they're off probation they'll look to lateral to an agency that pays more. Bay Area law enforcement salaries start around $65k with a top step around $80k. With OT officers over the Altamont are making upwards of $90k+ a year.

Anyway, back to this blog. In-Shape is getting bad press and they should start stepping up security on their property. If this keeps up I'll be leaving once my membership is over.

You should cancel your membership and let them know why!

solar,

I'd cancel in a heartbeat but I've got 7 mos to go. Have you read the fine print about not getting refunded or having your membership pro-rated for a refund? They won't do it. You're out $$ and any questions are forwarded to their offices in Stockton.
