Five local games are on the schedule as part of the runup to the Beijing Olympics.
The Chinese national softball team will stop by Tracy on its U.S. tour leading up to the Beijing Olympics in August.
City of Tracy spokesman Matt Robinson said the team will play five exhibition games June 16 through 18 at the Tracy Sports Complex, 11th Street and Crossroads Drive, before the team heads back to China to prepare for Olympic competition.
Games will include doubleheaders June 16 and 17 against teams organized with local players, with games scheduled for 6:30 and 8 p.m. each night. A fifth game will be played at 10 a.m. June 18. The games will be free and open to the public.
