A 13-year-old boy was arrested and booked at San Joaquin
County Juvenile Hall in Stockton
for making his 4-year-old cousin perform oral sex on him on the 2800 block of Valcourt Way.
Parents informed police of the incident at 9:54 p.m., after their toddler told
them about what happened.
Tracy
police received 207 calls for service on Tuesday. The following is a sample of
those reports:
5:48 a.m.: Someone burglarized a car on the 3600 block of Moonlight Way, a
caller reported.
6:45 a.m.: A white Ford F-350 was stolen from the 1000 block
of Lourence Drive,
the owner said. A pressure washer was kept in the bed of the pickup.
7:35 a.m.: Someone keyed a car on the 1300 block of Ray Harvey Drive, a
caller said.
8:02 a.m.: A gray Jeep Cherokee was stolen during the night
from the 200 block of Ramona Way.
8:10 a.m.: A woman fell from a second-story window on the
440 block of Crabapple Court.
8:11 a.m.: A tow truck driver who towed a car for police the
day before said someone keeps calling his company to ask if he can check the
car for anything left behind. Police already confiscated drugs from the car
during the arrest, and the tow truck driver said he suspected there were more
drugs in the car.
8:49 a.m.: A caller spotted marijuana plants and bags of pot
at a house on the 1600 block of East
Street.
9:27 a.m.: A caller heard gun shots from the 200 block of Versailles Court.
9:53 a.m.: Someone broke into a newspaper rack in front of
Safeway, 1801 W. 11th
St., and stole $200 in quarters, a caller
reported. Several others had been vandalized at Save Mart, too.
11:05 a.m.: A caller said someone broke into a duplex on the
500 block of East Eighth Street
by drilling a hole from the outside into the water heater closet.
12:55 p.m.: The mother of a 15-year-old student from One Harmony
continuation school, 1501 W. 11th
St., said someone spit on her daughter, pulled her
hair, hit her and told her that if she called police, her “homie” would get
her.
4:03 p.m.: A witness said a man was getting beaten up behind
Save Mart, 2005 N. Tracy Blvd.,
and was screaming for help.
4:07 p.m.: A man hit a woman and pushed her to the ground,
said a caller, who saw the whole thing form the Central Avenue-First Street intersection.
4:52 p.m.: Someone reported that a car was broken into when
it was parked at West Valley Mall, 3200
Naglee Road.
6:55 p.m.: A man was taken into custody at Ace Hardware, 2695 N. Tracy Blvd.,
for masturbating in his pickup truck while driving.
8:08 p.m.: Someone broke into a car on the 400 block of Yosemite Drive.
8:20 p.m.: Someone stole a skateboard from the 200 block of Ridgeview Drive.
10:50 p.m.: A caller said she heard seven or eight gunshots
on the 300 block of West Beverly
Place.
10:55 p.m.: Someone vandalized a Chevy Avalanche in front of
Chevy’s restaurant, 2770 Naglee
Road.
