The section meet will also be at Gymtowne.
The Tracy High team came in second place with an overall score of 170.200. First place was Gunn High School with a score of 176.900. Other teams from the league to qualify include Mercy High, 164.750; Lowell High, 164.250; and Burlingame High, 158.250.
West High’s only varsity gymnast, Melissa Marsden, qualified for the section meet as an individual.
Tracy’s Breanna Noriega was eighth all-around, 35.950, and Marsden was 11th, 35.150. In all, 35 girls from the league competed in the meet. Other scores for Tracy High’s girls included: Adrian Havens, 15th, 33.350; Amira Wignarajah, 17th, 32.500; Bailey Perez, 22nd, 30.950; and Lauren Knapp, 25th, 29.750.
