mrcool, my question to you is; do you want TPD at the office or patrolling your neighborhood?

Tracy P.D. should patrol all neighborhoods. Tracy P.D. should be charging these folks with a crime ... but Tracy P.D. doesn't. According to neighborhood watch, if you call and want to pursue charges, they are obligated to do their job, and they do not, it is real simple. They do not care........

OLSkooter, Tracy Press doesn't report what happens with these crimes afterwards. Say, if they stop a drunk driver. They don't report the booking, etc.

As far as neighborhood watch, these kind of petty crimes like tagging or flat tires are not life threatening. The cops will come when they can.
