Saturday and Sunday promise a full lineup of amateur hillclimb races.
Saturday’s events on Sportsman Hill will include five races in the stock two-stroke category, four in the four-stroke category, a women’s/girls race, and the Old Timers, Seniors and Veterans stock categories.
Sunday’s events include three divisions in the stock two-stroke categories, five in the Old Timers, Seniors and Veterans categories and four in the four-stroke categories.
Sunday will also feature the pro class and altered stock races, including motorcycles with engines sized 701 cubic centimeters and up.
Gates will open at 7 a.m. both days, and the first climb will be 9. There will also be pit bike motocross races Saturday evening.
Cost for spectators at the gate is $10 for general admission, $5 for children age 7 to 12 and no charge for children younger than 6. For information: 888-244-7547 or www.skipspromotions.com.
