Rusty’s 20, East Bay BMW 8: BMW was less fortunate in the second game of a double-header as Rusty’s, the lone Advanced team in the combined league, knocked East Bay from the unbeaten ranks. A nine-run final inning broke open a tight contest and moved Rusty’s into second place in the league standings.

Tracy Fire Department 12, Grating Pacific 8: Tracy Fire moved into second place in the standings with a close win over Grating Pacific. Tracy Fire scored in every inning, including four in the top of the fourth to outlast Pacific.

Monday Night Coed Intermediate

Bad Apples 16, Tracy Mix 13: After a narrow escape last week, Tracy Mix could not find the magic again this week as the previously undefeated team was upset by the Bad Apples. The Bad Apples built up a 14-3 lead after three innings, and it proved more than enough to take the win.

East Bay Construction 21, M.J. Gilbert Construction 4:
With Tracy Mix going down, East Bay Construction beat Gilbert Construction to move into a tie for first place. East Bay scored in every inning, including seven in the first inning and six in their final at-bat, to take the victory.

Monday Night Coed Novice

The W’s put 10 runs up in the top of the first inning to jump out to a huge early lead. But Journey battled back and tied the score at 12 apiece going into the final inning. But the W’s put five more on the board in their last at-bat and shut down Journey to secure the win.

Underdogs 18, Legends 7: The Underdogs remained a game back of the division leading W’s with this win over the Legends. The Underdogs held a 2-0 lead going into the top of the third and then erupted for 10 runs to put the Legends away.
