Crews are reroofing the Tracy Village Garden apartments south of City Hall, and some complain that downspouts have fallen and other debris creates a hazard.

Garden senior housing complex.
Many of the metal downspouts have pulled away from the roof
as the complex undergoes re-roofing. A few residents say do not feel safe with
the chance that more of the spouts which are pulling away still up.
