Crews are reroofing the Tracy Village Garden apartments south of City Hall, and some complain that downspouts have fallen and other debris creates a hazard. Many of the metal downspouts have pulled away from the roof as the complex undergoes re-roofing. A few residents say do not feel safe with the chance that more of the spouts which are pulling away still up. My father owns a roofing company here in town and we everything in our own company's power to leave a great impression with our customers, their neighborhoods, and communities. I am outraged that people like the contractors out at this jobsite even have a license [if they are not working under the table] and are even working at all. I apologize to any senior citizen on behalf of our company for a messed up work environment that company has put them in. The management who signed them up for the job should take half of the responsibility for their actions as well.
