A father suspects his daughter is being abused.

A man told police at 7:59 a.m. Tuesday that his daughter had been acting strangely. He said that she lives with her boyfriend, that there is a history of abuse and that there is a small child in the home in central Tracy.

The caller told police that his other daughter recently went to the boyfriend’s house to pick up some food. The daughter inside the house, instead of meeting her at the door, lowered the food from the second-story window.

The father thinks she wouldn’t go down because she was trying to hide that she’d been abused.

Police stopped by for a welfare check.

Ridiculous isn't it!!!!! I understand a permit if it is planned play, but what about just getting a group together and having a good time. City of Tracy you are becoming ridiculous. There is NO PLACE for children to go. My boys just want to do a pick up game and they can't. Why because the city fo Tracy wants minors to pay to rent a field for when they might go. If someone has a permit they can kick them off. Usually they are there when no one else is on the field. LET THEM PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
