Friends and family will gather Saturday to celebrate the life of Tracy native Theresa Ann Busch, 59, who died Thursday after a long battle with cancer.
Mrs. Busch graduated from Tracy High School in 1996 and worked as a teacher’s aide in Manteca schools. She lived most of her life in the Tracy and Manteca areas.
She enjoyed baking and decorating cakes, working on various arts and crafts and spending time with her granddaughters.
Mrs. Busch is survived by her husband of 40 years, Daniel A. Busch of Manteca; sons, Daniel Busch of Manteca and Brett Busch of Wellington, Nev.; mother, Mary Anastasio of Tracy; brothers, Pat Anastasio of Escalon, Steve Anastasio of Tracy and Tim Anastasio of Valley Springs; sister, Mary Lou Ender of Tracy; and two granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her father, Don Anastasio.
Saturday’s celebration of life will begin at 1 p.m. at the home of Wendell and Mary Lou Ender.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday for Diego Quezada Cuellar, 86, of Tracy, who died Sunday.
Mr. Cuellar was born in Mexico and worked as a farm laborer for 78 years.
He is survived by seven sons, Javier Cuellar of Tracy and Juan, Fidel, Agapito, Raul, Jorge and Pedro Cuellar; and six daughters, Jovita C. Gallegos and Liboria C. Gutierrez, both of Tracy, and Francisca Cuellar, Maria Gonzalez, Alicia Cuellar and Veronica Cuellar; three brothers and four sisters; 37 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Rafaela Cuellar.
Monday’s Mass will begin at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., followed by interment in Tracy Cemetery, 600 E. Schulte Ave. Visitation will be observed from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday at Rocha’s Mortuary, 215 S. School St., in Lodi, followed immediately by the recital of a rosary.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday for lifelong Tracy resident Barbara Belen (Rodriguez) Merjil, 66, who died Sunday at Hospice House in Stockton.
Mrs. Merjil was born in Livermore. She worked 30 years as a cosmetologist in Tracy and held positions in food service and at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, sewing, shopping and spending time with her family and her dog, Bailey. She was a parishioner of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church.
Mrs. Merjil is survived by her husband of 40 years, Pat Merjil of Tracy; daughter, Stacey Merjil of Tracy; parents, John and Esther Rodriguez of Tracy; and siblings, Diane Marie Taylor of Tracy and James Michael Rodriguez of San Jose.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Fredric John Rodriguez.
Friday’s Mass will begin at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., followed by interment in Tracy Cemetery, 600 E. Schulte Ave. Visitation will be observed from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 500 S. Central Ave., followed immediately by a vigil service.

Services will be Thursday for Mozell Wilson Crawford, 81, of Tracy, who died Saturday at her home.
Mrs. Crawford was born in Chicago and earned her bachelor’s degree in home economics from Tuskegee Institute in Alabama. She worked as a tailor and for the Oakland Naval Supply Base. She moved to Tracy in March 2007.
She was a member of Allen Temple Baptist Church in Oakland and enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting and crocheting. She was an avid reader. She also traveled around the United States and abroad with a group called the Traveleers.
Mrs. Crawford is survived by her daughters, Brenda Caroline Ivey, and her husband, Giovanni Matranga, and Cynthia Crawford, all of Tracy; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, John Douglas Crawford; parents, Mose Wilson and Essie Wilson-Gaulden; and brother, John Bell Wilson Sr.
Thursday’s funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., followed by a reception at the home of Cynthia Crawford. Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery, 1240 N. Livermore Ave., in Livermore. Visitation will be observed from noon to 5 p.m. today at the mortuary.

Services will be Tuesday for homemaker Margaret Elizabeth (MacDonald) Galang, 77, who died Sunday at her Tracy home.
Mrs. Galang was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and lived in Alaska before moving to Tracy two years ago.
She is survived by her children, Patricia A. Foley of Oxnard, Richard J. Galang of Portland, Ore., Pamela J. Girard and Gerald Galang, both of Tracy, Barbara Dawson of Las Vegas and Donald Galang of Sarasota, Fla.; brother, Robert MacDonald of Hillsboro; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Tuesday’s memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Interment will be private.
