Celeste Garamendi,

Here is a fine example of "transparent" "promise" of "leadership". I will start; you can follow if you would like to.

I propose asking Keenan Land Development to come up with a counter offer and see if the city is interested in their offer.

This way the City of Tracy, CA will get the *BEST* deal possible.

Thanks!

All the silence from Celeste Garamendi supporters is making me concerned.

Therefore, I proposed the following (see other article):

Also, see proposal below:

Or maybe they (the supporters) just did not want to "draw" any more readers attention to their favorite candidate on that agenda?

Will never know, so silent in here concerning the article and the question asked above?

Just a thought.

Good point about asking candidates the hard questions until we get the answers. Right on! Yes, I agree. And I just keep on asking, right here too. If they don't ever answer - I wonder if it will ultimately look bad for those candidates who "promised" the promise of "transparency", but do not deliver.

Hmmmmmmmm...

And another point I want to raise about the "mess" is how many lawsuits can one lawyer bring against a city. Especially given that his spouse is running for Mayor???

You have to take a hard look at this and ask yourself what is the ultimate agenda of Garamendi and Connolly???

I don't know, but I'm starting to get really concerned about the sheer number of lawsuits that were already brought against the city!

Some were tossed out of court!

Sheesh!!!

I hope others start to ask questions that will press thier favorite candidates into finally delivering on the "transparency" we were "promised".

Otherwise, this will get our city nowhere fast. Which is where it has been getting us all along? Right?

Just perhaps they saw the messiness of this situation, too? Perhaps unaware of such news that I found? I sure hope they are asking all the hard questions until they get the answers they seek.

Thank you, good day to all.

It sure is strange to see all that silence from the supporters.

Had to wade through back to see if there is any answer to the questions. Nope, does anyone really care about the future of Tracy?

Why are there so few of those who fight for the future of Tracy? If it were my hometown, I sure would be taking an active role on all city councils and get to all the truth on all agendas!

Folks,

Our children will be growing old before we know it and if we keep playing games, threatening the city with lawsuits, etc, etc; then our children will simply move on one day without us. Probably wondering why we sat back and did nothing. All the while politicians play silly games and others sue the city. How long will this delay what is good for Tracy, CA (OUR City too). The city does not belong to those who don't even live here? Right?

Councilperson Sundberg asked Serpa, "would your heart be broken?". Yes, Sundberg! Many families want something good to happen in Tracy! Why would you ask such a question of our youth and our families? Of course our hearts will be broken! Our children too. And if you keep playing these games - maybe the grandchildren too!

Good grief! Families in Tracy need places like an Aqauatics Center.

Don't let your children's, children's hearts be broken because of a political water polo game (lawsuit).

You live here. Ask yourselves -- does the lawyer even live in Tracy??? Why would you let some politician's spouse sue the city when we could all be swimming in a "Wave Pool" in stead???

Now - Don't just sit there!

Let's hear from you too.

Thanks!

Commiserat with coherence and copyrights, of course, we could be looking at yet another potentially "primo" profundit "tax base" for additional city revenues. -Hey it could work? - k.l.vosburg

KLV,

I would not object to additional revenue streams for the City. However, given a certain propensity to litigate in efforts to generate additional revenue streams - I would only would be interested in proceeding most cautiously, in this regard. Will those "attached bucks" ultimately turn green (or red). Notice the title of the article. Too many questions about earlier "attached bucks" to lawsuits. Who made money on another REALITY SHOW? Did you ever get the email???

Unwilling to vote for that idea yet. Need to see a sound business plan; one that will not threaten an additional lawsuit. What assurances do we have. If we vote yes, will this be called off? Sounds like the "Odd Couple" is on the Telly, again?

( Winky Dink Productions - that sounds great! )

Interesting TRN; Somehow, for you, this has to make sense?
Why not attach a "buck" to it and put it on Channel 26?
Don't dismiss your talents so quickly, sir.
I foresee the potential of a Monday Night Football-type scenario with you as Howard Cossell narrating between "Dandy" Don Meredith and Frank Gifford.
Maybe the proverbial "odd couple" cast in character as some of our more colorful bloges-adhominems portraying -nar I say commenting (each other's viewpoints), on the weeks' activities surrounding Tracy's City Council meetings. (I.E. 'Welcome to Tracy' "Thinking inside the World's First Reality (Triangle) Show., brought to you by Emodicon and Winky_Dink Productions'. ;) - k.l.vosburg

Huh? What does any of this have to do with the article? "Lawsuit Threatened"???

Anyway, is accusing someone of a drug habit something for that reality TV show on Channel 26? Would it be good enough for another Reality TV show? Call Channel 26. Put your show back on the air???

Inquiring minds may want to know???

To whom it my concern:
When I give you information, I just feed the pig Dale Cose. The last thing someone told Dale said he didn't even know why he slanders people. It gives him a high, it must be that $300.00 a day drug habit he has.

'Welcome to Tracy:'
...the only town where it's City Council has their own TV Reality Show!
("See..!" "Who's next at being hit from flying clip boards!"
"Alas, a sense of impowerment attached with No.2 lead pencil (plus eraser) adding ecumeninal expletives literally swallowed at every, "nanny-nanny, boo-boo!" to be broadcast in High-Def cablevision.)
(Is it still Channel 26? or has "pay TV" gone so out-of-balance towards (sorry, don't have cable) analog that it's "vision" for some (who may not have a job next week ) are driven into the lense, that money is great, and it's ok, to have more.) - k.l.vosburg
