TRN
You missed it again. If those agency's don't own the town then the people the Chamber Of Commerce indorse do. Along with the Rotary, and DTBIA and the Historical Society. I thought the tax payers own the city.

			<description>
The meening is entirely un-parsable.

Isn't the DTBIA is a non profit? I don't think The Chamber owns the downtown either. They cover business in the entire area of Tracy, CA, not just the downtown.

Which taxpayers are not responsible for profits? There's a new restaurant downtown. The Hula Hut - they are renting. Why do you say they are not resonsible? They seem like nice folks to me and they have a great menu.

Where are you going with the hyperbole?

			<description>To whom it may concern:
The Downtown Association and Historic Society along with the Chamber of Commerce want to renew the downtown let them spend their own money.

If they own the property it is their responsibility, to keep it up, not the tax payers. If the people shop downtown they have already contributed to the improvement. What does the association do with their profits.

			<description>Tom Benigno,

Who's lying? Which company are you referring to? An attack on ideas is called a debate. Are we now debating ad hominem? We go by what you say. I asked questions.

See the link above. That's not such a great &quot;vision&quot; for our downtown. I'm more concerned about what Garamendi's doesn't tell us about her &quot;courthouse ideas&quot;.

Who made lawyer fees off the last courthouse idea? And you are concerned about the downtown &quot;social element&quot; that the courthouse idea will bring! Follow the money!

TRN and Company. That is what is wrong with your agenda. When you don't agree you attack, that will be your down fall. There are only about 5 people who post on this blog, those that don't blog, understand what you guys are about. You talk about all this money you make, tell us how much you make, we don't know if you are lying or not no one knows who you are.

<description>Perhaps another courthouse idea will liven things up, in the downtown?

Are you a rebel-rouser?

Looking for a little night life?

Is this what you were looking for?

			<description>Tom Benigno,

I don't have a dime to support your candidacy. But we know who you are supporting. I'm not interested in any of your agendas unless you can spell it out, clearly. Otherwise, I think your not advising anything that special. Find a better candidate if you want to be so convincing. I'm not your follower. Or the flower child's. Send a message in a bottle. There is no Magic Genie. Downtown was always a ghost town. Say hi to Casper when you see him.

You are a purveyor of special interest agendas. No one can change you mind. We need to start thinking outside the box. If Tracy continues to think like your sponsers advise you, it will be a ghost town once again.

			<description>Tom Benigno,

I'm nobody's messenger. You're nobody's fool. Follow the money and tell me who made money on Measure A? Was it somebody you're supporting? A lawyer perhaps. You don't want to divorce yourself from that courthouse idea? Do you?

You want to remove from office, but found something worse. I'm pretty sure that's why you can't get no connection.

Let's talk about Garamendi and Keenan.

What's the deal?

Transparency remember?
Pass the message on if you like.

			<description>To whom it may concern:
My request to have the city manager call me, is my business. If he's too busy, that is our business. I help pay his wages. As citizens we have the right to remove him, as we did Dan Hobbs. Ms. Hurtado should have gone with Hobbs at that time. If they can't return everyones call, that's tough, they needs to take the time. Transparency remember?
Pass the message on if you like.

			<description>Tom Benigno,

I don't work for the City and neither do you. Return your calls? Let the city get their work done! They simply can't afford to use personal emails and cellphones. Recall the lawsuits - if you want to know who's inside. We know - who are your affiliates? The people will not like that in November. Nothing needs exposed that wasn't already brought to the attention of the voters. They also avoid the questions? So much for promises. Where are you on this issue of cash flow? I'm flat broke at the expense of betting on a political football game that has gone OVERTIME. Go ask the fat cats if they made money on the lawsuit. Do they return you calls? Ask them - why not? Expose a better candidate next time.

Cheers!

The jig is up now we know who you are, and I will soon expose you for what you are. We can really do without your bull in Tracy, lets let the people vote on what they want done. As for our City Manager he won't even return a phone call. He's having meetings with Dan Hobbs I guess. Good luck.

			<description>Tom Benigno,

The show is over. The gig is up! Not interested in another 'courthouse idea'.

I'm not a marionette. You're nobody's fool. Were not even candidates.

Truth be told - nobody's feelings got hurt in the making of this [s]comedy[/s] melo-drama.

Reality check:

Only now you talk of being &quot;united&quot;. Who are your affiliates?.

How could a sock puppet pull the wool over someone's eyes?

I'm looking for those who don't have buttons and strings to pull.

Wake me when the Pinochio story is over !!

			<description>Tom Benigno,

What do you care if Tolbert takes votes away from Ms Poppy? Did you ask her to pay the city for the lawsuit thing, yet? Why doesn't she pay for her own campaign financing? Who made money on lawyer fees when they sued the city? Aren't those people already rolling in the dough already?

Find a better candidate. Then we'll talk about your ideas.

			<description>Tom Benigno,

Why don't you like it when I say follow the money and mention Keenan Land Development and Garamendi and Sundberg???...

&quot;Mayoral candidate Celeste Garamendi criticizes the city for negotiating developer deals, but her opponent says she's done the exact same thing.

			<description>Tom Benigno,

Why are you talking about campaign finance and asking me to run? I didn't say I wanted to run for office. I'm a political analyst - not a political candidate.

Besides, if I were to run I would have to take a pay cut. Councilperson Sundberg said people think she is only making $60,000 dollars a year - that a lot less than half of what I made last year.

Can you afford to live on that little money? I don't own a tea house (with a 'Happy Hour'). Who have you been supporting???
;)

Thanks!
