Malcom and maybenot Don't listen to this guy he is a friut cake, he will try to get information out of you. He should just stay home from his assigned rounds and just eat toco's and drink cool aid with his wife.
The military had to discharge him for the service with a Section 8, too much radar. He was seeing Toyota's pickups coming across the atlantic to attack us on the radar screen. Weapons of mass hysteria.

			<description>To who it may concern:
Continued:
The policies we have seen changed are NAFTA, off shore drilling, Eminent Domain, and the list goes on.
Local government had it's share of legislation changes, term limits, spending policies, and even down to council meetings outside the view of the tax payers. Hiring and firing and of employees, cutting off of funding by political will.

Lets make it our jobs to be the watch dogs of public policy.

			<description>To whom it may concern:
The issues of our Government changing policies has been my biggest concern for quite some time. For the last 40 years I have watched policy changes that have helped destroy America as we know it.

It had been my quest to try and stop the destruction of our Country as we know it. There are those out there who have given me opposition in my quest by calling me a obstructionist.

That's so far from the truth. All I have tried to do is to make a better place for my children and Grandchildren and families of others as well. I felt that one voice in the right place could make it happen.

When people like Hardesty and a few others who support special interest and post opposition without provocation, it does make it more difficult. His intensions might be all well, but they are misdirected or slanted by those who want this change to happen.

That is the hardest part of my job, finding out who these people are. Like Pombo's stand on the endangered species act, my stand was the same but in a broader sense, not about the building trade. Now we can see the results.

I should elaborate that my position on the war was exactly what I talk about. It was not a sanctioned war by the people who were not only going to fight the war but pay the bills.

The elected officials we voted in were contaminated by special interest. As we experienced with the Abramoff, Dely and Rove, who layed out the foundation for corruption.

Now we see that I was right about that issue. They helped destroy my Republican Party. I hope my message reaches those who care about America, Republicans, Democrats and whoever.

&quot;Mission Accomplished&quot; could have been a message to destroy America from within by the Council on Foreign Relations. Their goal was to take over all the resources of the middle class in America. They are now doing that very thing.

			<description>Tom Benigno,

You may want to ask your lawyer. I cannot give you legal advice. But it is not illegal to have a voting booth at a church location. If that were so then they also could not hold them at the schools, or Union buildings, homes of registered Democrats, Republicans, etc, etc, etc. I mean the list goes on. And if it were true then the lawyers would be out in force having a field day with this one. Sheesh!

There could be a lot of double standards though? I don't know all the details in your case. Did you get an attorney? Good luck with it.

Cheers!

			<description>To whom it may concern:

The rules are simple. No campaigning in Government or Religous buildings. If you voted in a church location that is considered a violation of the rules applied.

Candidates can't even wear buttons in the Registrars office. The separation of Church and State is very clear in the constitution. Just because they do it does not make it right.

The general feeling is, why would you not allow political activity at church locations? These are God fearing people. Why then was the 501-c-3 rules regarding exemptions for Church tax status adopted?

In 2004 Ms. Wingo made issue with me at the Jefferson school fund raiser function. I was advised that I could not pass out buttons or cards although schools can advise who to support in elections. Parents e-mail candidate information to each other.

Rules applied or is it just a double standard when it's convenient? It seems that less and less people are voting, could it be about the inconvenience of no precints in private neighborhoods?

			<description>Tom Benigno,

Curious.

That doesn't sound right. Lot's of churches have voting booths (and other political functions), all across the country.

I voted at some of these locations in the past. And I never heard of all these churches having lost tax status? Have you?

I voted at some schools too and they are still operating with same status, last I heard.

Greenpeace meetings count too? Who decides this and why didn't we hear more about it in the TP?

Our position

What do I have to say?

I say find a better candidate!

			<description>To whom it may concern:
The first thing is why would you not invite all candidates to your Church social. There was two mayor candidates at the function.

The other issue is you were in violation of the 501-c 3 campaign finance rules of excemption for your Grace Church. You don't see any other church doing campaign meetings, none that I go to anyway.

Just go away.

<description>Tom B says...&quot;You have enough from me. Do your own research, it a waste of my time to answer more any of your questions. I don't like your game funny this is what Tom says every time anyone starts to ask questions...

and for dave H. dont worry too much dave...Tom carrys grudges for a long time..and the longer they are, the more the facts tend to drift into the Quagmire of Tom's Memory.
He still gripes about his Percieved snub during a City council candidate meeting at grace baptist in spite of the fact No Mayoral Candidate was invited. I think that he holds in every percieved wrong he ever immagined untill &quot;Everyone&quot; is out to get Him.
So dave You are correct to wonder what can be believed by Him?

<description>Wishing the best for future generations in Tracy. They will need to &quot;go on&quot; with what our best we can deliver to them.

Wouldn't want to leave them with bail bond and &quot;social element&quot; in their downtown!

Let's leave them with a college and a courthouse located at the Chrisman and Eleventh St, site (location) and a &quot;peaceful&quot; academic, downtown where they can sip latte's and listen to Reggae and kettle drums on the weekends. (ok, the last part was optional).
;)

Thanks!

<description>Last, but not least, the plus side will also be for the merchants when the foot traffic is distributed through out Tracy, generating more revenue for the City, too?

Heck the whole town would win!

<description>I agree, Courthouse and Campus will complement each other, giving the area of academic field while the Bow Tie will give the area of Green Village Living? Both wins?

			<description>Getting back to the subject.

I think it would work best at the Chrisman site with the College.

That way, Tracy, CA would be known for some future leadership.

Thanks!

<description>I sure hope nobody is monitoring my computer usage???

Cheri,

Is there a policy about limited usage of the Tracy Press website? I think people are pretty much free to use it 24/7? Right?

(don't have to answer Cheri, was rhetorical question)
