Keeping these lanes open, and unusable to public traffic, would make it easier for emergency vehicles to traverse a busy intersection. As small as Tracy is, traveling on Corral Hollow at Parkside to the mall is like driving through downtown Fremont. There's a light at just about every intersection. Councilwoman Suzanne Tucker is an alternate representative for Tracy, and filled in for Abercrombie during a January meeting at which the report was briefly discussed.
