Split Ticket, that's Ives and Tolbert.

They're in trouble, they're going to split 8,472 votes. They want desperately to split Garamendi's 15,260 votes.

You can see the trend.

Looks like there's some fratricidal elements in the council race as well. Good cop, bad cop.

Back to Tolbert and Ives, they split the ticket. That worries heck out of the developers, but when we say developers we are talking about only two, two currently working to pervert tracy politics. Two perversive developers, AKT and Surland.

Let's call the development on the table 2 BILLION DOLLARS.

2 BILLION DOLLARS attracts a lot of interest. Remember all those "survey" telephone calls? The "market research" cames back to you as advertising from Ives, two years ago; coming back to you this year.

2 BILLION DOLLARS buys a lot of monkeys typing at keyboards.

2 BILLION DOLLARS is going to generate heat. 2 BILLION DOLLARS set cop on cop. Not enough to care for the police department, got to take cake of Surland, too. 2 BILLION DOLLARS will make otherwise ordinary people appear greedy and reaching, because they will be greedy and reaching.

I guess that 2 BILLION DOLLARS was enough to split the Ives/Tolbert ticket. That gives 2 BILLION DOLLARS more control. Is 2 BILLION DOLLARS enough to split Garamendi's 15,260 votes?

Who knows, but right now Ives/Tolbert are in trouble. 2 BILLION DOLLARS doesn't like that.

Prepare for more "market research" to find it's way into all media, including these posts.

Last time. 2 BILLION DOLLARS threw $200,000 against Garamendi. You can see it in these posts, the echo of $200,000.

Right now the non-Ives/Tolbert side is solid. That's got to really tick off Ives/Tolbert. Poor Ives/Tobert.

Good on Garamendi. - MEASURE U, NO, 15,260 VOTES; Ives 8,472

"pathetic"? Ouch that gotta hurt! Just don't call me late for dinner!

Anyway Kelsey, I wouldn't email you if you were Ed McMahon offering me another chance at a sweepstakes. Your solicitation has been rejected. Try to collect your information from a different angle next time.

"do you hang around the TP all day?" yea...guess you do. Kettle caller!

Yes I do think TRAQC is a joke and they have never supported what they have done. Unless you or TRAQC can stand up for the value of TRAQC it is a joke. Folks have been saying that for a long time and nobody from TRAQC can challenge them. They got nothing but a joke! Oh, and your opinions. I guess that makes them something special? Nope! You could be "pathetic" too!

But I doubt you are being objective here. And I doubt if anyone else besides Garamendi ran you would want to give them a chance. I have heard it all from your camp.

You got nothing but a Gerrymander!

Tracy needs another Democrat candidate!

That's what I'm saying!

Now you are too, by your lack of a point!

Later! Cause I'm sure you don't hang around the TP.

lol...you're pathetic. i said EMAIL ME! if you really wanted this read you would have. not to mention were 4 posts necessary or do you hang around the TP all day? yea...guess you do.

i dont want to be mayor, politics are far too corrupt.

and i dont think tracq is a joke, you may but thats your opinion. at least someone is working to keep the slimy city council in check so they dont completely sell out all our housing permits to one developer NOW. all i said was that it's fair to give her a chance and that i am unsatisfied with our current leaders. thats it. - Kelsey Gan

Did you count the number of people who went to the Art Fair this weekend? Or the Fair at the Hospital?

Speaking of Hospitals! We sure could use one Sandbag!!!

Anyway, 6k went to the Health Fair. I saw some of them at the Art Fair too.

How many, Kelsey?

Yeah??? """"You don't have to grow a LOT""""

Do you???

Because the people are already here???

I sure as heck hope you're voting for Gerrymander - with that logic - she deserves your vote !!!

One more think. Can you tell me if she had the people in mind when she opposed the Corrol Hollow Creek park???

And the crime may have increased, but did you know that the Police Dept. is doing better than other cities, under Ives watch???

Aslo, did you know that Valejo city employees are paid twice what Tracy employees are making. Is that why people are saying Ives did such a good job?

Probably not getting the credit, because of the obstructs and activist. No wonder you don't like the Toilet Paper News. Media poisining???

Some think so! - Kelsey should be mayor

Kelsey,

You do know that Ives supported not laying off city workers and her supporters cried fowl? You do know that she has done nothing for the city of Tracy? You do know that the people that don't work here are the only source of revenue. Someone said she can bring jobs. Sounds like a roll of toilet paper to me. Isn't she a nurse. What does a nurse do to bring jobs to Tracy? She can't Can she? Nobody else can answer the riddle. TRAQC is a joke? You are aware of that? Aren't you???

But perhaps you can shed some light on the subject. Other's just want to wipe my @.. with their misplaced logic. I am hoping that you could be the one who can bring some reality back to the blogs??? Glad to have you!

Okay there are some things that really do not seem confusing to me:

In a place like tracy you do not necessarily have to grow A LOT to grow business because the people are here, they just dont work here.

Crime has gotten worse. say what you like, i've lived here my entire life and have never seen so many problems in the streets and schools.

change for the sake of change IS A GOOD THING! maybe she won't work out, maybe she will, but the people currently in office are not working and i see no problem with trying something new.

Celeste seems to have the people of tracy in mind when it comes to her campaign and i could not wish for anything more in a candidate. Name recognition is keeping the same people in office for decades and i don't think it is right to say they've stayed around on merit alone.

i've said my piece. any other comments? email me because i don't hang around the TP (toilet paper) website 24/7 thanks!

Fed Up,

Were sick of your scare tactics!

And for your information there have been several articles in the newspaper about using sports facilities being shared with Tracy schools to generate revenue. Your favorite candidate proposed the idea. So if you don't like insight then you have nobody to blame but your friend. As for your sick sense of humor. You really make her look like a sick puppy!

She already blocked the expansion of one park???

What is she going to do now???

Why do we need "fresh blood"???

You're kinda creepy!!!

I wouldn't vote for you or Garrymander if you paid ME $200,000.00!

Maybe with the war on. CG can finally bring jobs to Tracy??? Illogical. She hasn't done anything for Tracy yet. Why would she be able to start now that things have gotten tougher??? The answer is that Ives hasn't done so bad as the obstructs want you to believe.

Still laughing at that one! More where that came from??? Keep em coming!

I don't know why people say Gerrymander can bring jobs to Tracy. There is a recession going on. Snake oil salesmen used to do the same con-job in the old west. But in the end - Nothing! Likewise, Gerrymander hasn't done anything to bring jobs to Tracy. If anything - just the opposite. We don't need snake oil in Tracy. Sandbag has done a fine job! Time to hang up the hat ladies! Put away the snake oil. Move on! - Tracy love it or leave it

The crisman/11th site was slated for something else. So the obstruct-lady was screaming dirty, for sure. I agree. Then turn around and yell at the council. What up obstuct lady? Why not bring the site to Holly and get revenue for the chrisman/11th site for what was planned? I don't trust the obstruct-lady. - As a matter of fact

cont.-

The conclusion of my research are that delays are caused and owned by obstructionist on BOTH sides. Every vote were decided and owned by the Mayor and City Council members.

The voters will decide the next Mayor. Many new residents readers are not aware of the influence the politics play in Tracy. (Water Rate Hike) When they see their higher water bill, they will want to know who is responsible for the steep rate increase.

Tracy is a warm town, people are friendly. But attention needs to be addressed to increasing number of gangs, people see the evidence of their activities, the cost of the damages to the parks.

About the Bio-Lab…. my last question is, how many jobs would the new Bio-Lab provide for the locals? Are all the local applicants trained for it? People could relocate from another country or town and take that job? Factor that in, so it would employ about 3,000 residents? More or less? Lost opportunities for how many families?

Personally, I am glad that DOE rejected the site. I would not consider Tracy as my next home with the BioLab in close proximity. Others, who feel confident living around it, would make that choice. Just not my choice.

I am mindful of Tracy's lost opportunity in raking in revenue. Had these recreational pursuits been placed years earlier, by this time the tourists would have enjoyed these recreational activities, mindful of pricey fuels. The City would have fared better operating in the black?

Tracy does have alot of promise, it needs new direction since the effect of the war was economically unforeseeable 8 years ago. It calls for a Mayor prepared lead us to a Better Tracy.

Thank you, -Amy

Dave Hardesty, right, I moved to Tracy to be closer to my new job… just in time to hear the locals grumble over the Failed Water Park… after hearing so many altered reasons, I researched to get the truth. Shortly, I came across Pombo's 2004 Waiver in Department of Justice report... I read an article where, Ives in the picture standing next to Pombo said, “Pombo is his friend”. Not an hearsay, either. I recalled it during the argument over the Sports Park at the Schulte Site. Recovered it and re-read it. Went further and read the Lawsuit over the Pipes. Then the Schulte site was voted down by the Majority of the City Council.

Finding justification for the ludricious years of delay for the Sports Park and Water Park led me to do my researches, the delays and whys .….by whom and why… problem caused by what and whom, just looking for straight answers.
