LUNAFEST (6:00PM)
LUNAFEST®, a national fundraising film festival that showcases short films by, for and about women, is coming to Tracy. The films will be shown at the Grand Theatre on Saturday, April 5. LUNAFEST will feature nine powerful short films from around the world. The films range from animation to fictional drama, and cover topics such as women’s health, motherhood, body image, sexuality, cultural diversity and breaking barriers.
Proceeds from the festival will benefit the Breast Cancer Fund and the Women’s Center of San Joaquin County in Tracy. Join us for a pre-show reception in the gallery from 6 to 7 p.m. Enjoy refreshments while bidding on silent auction items.
