Ok, you can get a loan with money down. I am not a lender. My point is you might be better off structuring some kind of owner financing. I wonder what interest rates would be and minimum down payment for these loans.

I set up a deal out there for 10% down, 5 year loan with the house fully payed off at the end of the term, I cant remember the interest rate it was cause it was a while ago.
