Try taking a ride in an airplane someday bill. You will see vast areas of this country, untouched. Look at population density statistics. The US is mostly uninhabited, land mass-wise. Your supposition that we are using up the land is not real.
We are, in expanding Tracy city limits, using up ag land. Cities like Tracy in valuable ag areas shouldn't be expanded without some smart planning and all infill options being exhausted. But it is easier and chepper for a developer to build Tracy Hills or Mtn House than do infill projects.

I agree with the need for corporate firms in the Tracy/Central Valley area.

My job as an office broker is to help facilitate that. Tracy is a perfect spot, so close to the Bay Area that it will happen.

The question is when.
