Great idea. I like it especially since there is so much undeveloped room in Tracy. There is room for pizza place where parents can take their children for birthday parties. There is room for more grocery stores, Trader Joes, Winco, Raleys, etc. Give the other stores some competition. There is room for more nice restaurants - not another chain - unless it is Paneras. There is room for a skate park for the parents of older children. There is room for more senior living centers. There is room for more police. There is room for more nice places downtown. There is room for more schools. There is room for a nice mall. There is room for more of those car dealerships - ok maybe there are enough of those, except that they do generate a lot of tax dollars for the city of Tracy. There is room for Wal-Mart to expand. There is room for the Tracy Hills. There is room for all the hot-air that is generated by Tracyites opiniated mouths opening up and spouting more gaseous fumes that are killing the ozone layer, well maybe.
