Tracy Press

Can someone at the Tracy Press place a calendar reminder (weekly) in their Outlook to remind them to update the "Our Town" section?

Also can we please change the main page? It's very confusing I don't know what is new and what isn't. The updated news is listed as the day before news...makes no sense. It's tooooo much clutter.

could you please explain what exactly is confusing? We are looking into ways to address the date being 'incorrect'. The way the Tracy Press website works now is not like it used to.

Previously, we had it set up that every days printed edition was published online, all at once. Now the articles are put up as the news is breaking. So literally news can change through out the entire day.

This does not tie articles to a specific printed edition, and thus the days seem off when compared against the print edition.

We're always working on making the user experience on the site as enjoyable as possible. So thank you for the feedback.

I'm sure someone with the Tracy Press has already seen this and taken it into consideration. (I'm the web developer that works on the site. Though my changes still come from the TP themselves)

The main page needs to be uncluttered. Their is TOOOO much information on it. It's hard to navigate and sometimes the news is 4 days old.

The record has a bit more cleaner look and you don't seem so overwhelmed. Still to this day the Our Town edition is still old.
