uhm i say yea in a way.

Some graffiti is absolutely beautiful. Not sure if anyone remembers, but last year a bunch of brand new, white railroad cars were parked on along sixth street and they had really bright, vibrant graffiti on them. I'll post a picture in a few minutes. Anyway, I was so mezmorized that I rear-ended someone with my car! Pshh.
