I lived in Tracy from 1955 to about 1985...I have very fond memories of the Tracy Inn and having breakfast there after church on Sundays with my parents..my last visit I had noticed that the building was in some serious disrepair....quite sad....has this building been remodeled and the restaurant back in service along with the rest of the building?

I remember when it was considered a very nice place myself. It has begun to look very rundown in recent years. A shame since it used to be the site of elegant parties and a community landmark.

The restaurant is now Casa Grande, and I think Casa Grande also handles the rental of the banquet hall (which used to be called the Gold Room). The hotel appears to cater more to those seeking semi-permanent lodging. The inn's ads emphasize "a bed and a shower."

I picked up this postcard on ebay showing 11th street Tracy. It has to be in the 20's to 30's I would think.
