Landscaping Licence, City of Tracy lic. is bonded, insured, workmans comp,.ask for refrences, a binding contract, set of plans for project,and a time of completion, never give half the monies up front. there are so many I got ripped off stories out there it's not funny. Iv'e never heard of him personaly been here in Tracy 43 years. if you feel uneasy about this company find one you feel confident with. remember you get what you pay for.
