yes and unfortunately many of them use the money they get to buy beer and cigarettes. I would do the same and buy them food or something that can't turn into items they don't need to survive!

I routinely see people who drive cars and obviously aren't destitute taking bags of food from a food bank. I have to wonder if these people are truly needy or if they are just getting free stuff.
