My suggestion for the waterpark is to use the Holly Sugar Property between Tracy Blvd. and Corral Hollow road. Excavate to make a lake, not unlike the one you see from Interstate 5 West of Mossdale. Put sand for a beach on one end and you will have a low cost low maintenance recreation area for our community.
