well that part of town has been overrun with little gangbangers from oakland so little oakland is a fitting title.aaahhhh I remember the good old days in tracy when there wasnt any of these problems maybe some kids causing some mischief but nothing that required 10 I repeat 10 tracy police cars to respond. These are DARK days in Tracy. I think these kids parents should take control of their brats exercise some discipline and we wouldnt have problems anymore. But alas you cant do that anymore without going to jail so these kids will run rampant with no fear of consequence unlike the good old days!

well shoot, maybe bright days are ahead of tracy but not too likely.you are right eltipp things are rough all over but i can remember when there were only afew problem areas in town i.e. palm circle,village apts,the dip (you all know where i mean),and that one block of carlton.now due to commuters from east bay have taken over with there is now a WIDESPREAD gang problem where you arent safe even away from those hotspots. so with that said now you never know when or where you are safe. these tracy implants have done nothing for us but ruin the housing market, raise the crime rate, and robbed tracy of its safe community feel. i dont let my kids play outside like i used to,their play is very restricted and monitored so say what you will about me and my opinion but i know it is shared by the SILENT majority in this town that are too PC to speak up!!!!!!!!!!!!
