I find it absolutely horrid how the City allows certain things to go on, especially when it comes to their employees. I have heard from very reliable sources that there is a guy, he's in the Parks department, and he is known for yelling at and abusing employees verbally and he just gets away with it. I understand though that other people are in cahoots with him on certain things like trying to take over the Grand and that's how he gets away with it. Why is this allowed?
