Hi everybody,
I plan to move to Tracy and the 2 areas that I found something good for me and my family is in South Tracy, around William Adams Park and around William Kendal Lowes Park.
A lot of statistics show that Tracy is a safe town but I was reading some of your posts and realized that there is still gang activity and drugs.
Do you know anything about those areas in south Tracy?

There is crime in every city. I dont have the time right now to look up where this area is, but what are the major streets? Check out the neighborhood at different times of day and week; During week and weekend and after 4pm. Good luck I love my neighbors!

Thank you for your answer. I am not expecting 0 crime in the city, I just don't like to see gang activity and drugs near my house.
Here is the map, I am interested in the 2 squares between Valpico, and W Line Rd. I have attached a map picture and added a link to the area. The picture has a rectangle where I am looking for.

I love my neighbors and neighborhood also. We try to watch out for each other.

I am sort of in that area. I have noticed lately that crime is trickling out this way. But every town/city has crime.

Brad you may also want to go on to Megans
Law and punch in the address to see if
any offenders live too close.
I live close to Hirsh School and sure do
appreciate my neighbors. the trouble we
have had seems to be from usual teenager
stuff,and one domestic violence incident.
Checkout how the potential neighbors yards
look and that may tell you alot about them.
Good luck-do your homework.
