Costco ATM Fraud 10 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: -1  
The bad guys got 2500 bucks out of my account after shopping at costco...called police, bank, and costco...etc... now i am 1 month behind on house payment. QUESTION--- what kind of legal action can i take?? this is very hard on me and my family...

You should have been able to contact your bank as typically you are not responsible in cases of fraudulent activity (with the exception of I believe the first $50)....with whom did you speak at your bank and what sort of direction (or lack thereof) did they give you?

i contacted all the right people and went through all the right channels... its the "7 to 10 business days" that go by until the money is put back into my account... i am looking to see what i can do to make costco pay for suffering over this whole mess.....

Maybe try and get the names via newspaper ad or other of all victims. Together contact an aggressive attorney to proceed.Just an idea.

thats why i am on here.... looking for suggestions, anybody know a good attorney that would look into this????

I don't think it is Costco's fault. They are just as much a victim as you or I. It happened to me, but I don't blame them. I now change my pin immediately everytime I use my card.
