My friend also heard about this and it is hard to believe this got by the business license people. I hope Tracy Press can do a story so we can find out more about this. And if it is a Hooters type restaurant , I hope there are warnings on the door.

I'm surprised there wasn't a write up about it! From what she said this morning, Hooters is tame compared to this?! I doubt it'll hold up in Tracy. Plus, that spot is bad, no restaurant has ever stayed there very long!
