Perhaps more detail would be helpful. It reminds me of the time that I went to the VCR repair shop (does that date me?). The techician asked what was wrong and I replied by saying, &quot;It doesn't work.&quot; That was a big mistake, he proceeded to explain to me that I should just throw it away then, unless I could explain more details, he would have a hard time fixing it.

To make a long story short... I ended up leaving it at the repair shop because the repair cost was greater than the cost of a new purchase. Remember those days?

Anyway, I am not saying that we should just throw away the Tracy Press website, but more details might be more helpful here.
