ME. Group Fighting for Civil Rights of the Poor 1 Year, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
Ok this once slight women, now with a paunch, ponders, “ why someone smarter, someone with more cash or backers, and both a better speller and speaker have not thought or taken action, to improve the human condition up until now. I know there are better speakers, better fundraiser than myself.”

But my non-profit group called Hospitality House Inc. calls to make people aware that process on Civil Rights for the underpaid of all skintones is not just at stand still- it's losing ground.

Need people from all states and nations to write the Bangor US District Court and ask that the case Jan Lightfoot Vs. State of and towns be HEARD in its entirity. It is an Important Civil Rights case. Need letters explaining that historically lower courts refuse to acknowledge the existance of civil rights. And in since 1974 Pro-Se's a latin term for self representing people have been denied acesss to many Us Courts not upon the facts of the case, but upon missed filing techicalities.

The public taking notice and the time to compose even a post card saying "we know of the important Civil Rights case 0:1-07-cv-56. And we will be monitoring a web site to see if Fairness and freedom prevails." That will be enough to have The Court do the right thing and provide JUSTICE.

The website to post copies of postcards and letter to is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Hospitalityhouse-Maine/?yguid=5878594 The site http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Hospitalityhouse-Maine/message/32

It gives another sample letter, USE YOUR OWN WORDS.

For the price of a stamp you can move this civil rights action ahead. The first step is to have me case brought by myself heard. The courts will only do that, if they think the Public is aware of this case. Your letter and a few more vcan make that happen. I ask for your letter to make this first step of the Civil Rights of the Underpaid, happen.

I also ask for prayers for success of our group and funds. Our Address is at the web site.

Write to United States District Court PO Box 1007, Bangor ME. 04402
