I really need some help,does anyone have a clue as to where you could get a loan for the home's in the San Juaquin River Club, located at 30000 Kasson Rd, Tracy. Thank's in advance for any help.

The one the only the best way to get a loan out there in the river club is SELLER Financing, ask the current owner to carry the loan. Its actually pretty common there. You will not find any true financing for out there. let me know if you do

You can actually get financing out at those homes, but since it is leasehold land you have to put money down because of the elevated risk for the lender.
