I claim up front a bias, I like the Pizza Factory in Tracy. It is in the Home Depot shopping center. The webpage is http://www.tracypizzafactory.com, if you've never heard of them. I would like all of the opinions, which pizza in Tracy is the best? And most importantly: Why?

Good question. I would have to go with NYPD. I spent many years of my childhood in New Jersey, and I love east coast style pizza: greasy, thin, big slices. My second favorite goes to Tracy Joe's. i am grateful that nobody ever told them you arent supposed to put 5lbs of meat on every pizza.

This is a subject near and dear to my heart. I've been wanting to try NYPD Pizza but haven't heard any feedback. We'll be having their pizza tonight

I want to give a resounding recommendation for New York Pizza's "Paneer Pizza". If you like Indian curry, you'll love it. A Large is on special for $15.99. It's got a great mild yellow curry sauce, red onion, cilantro, paneer (cheese) cubes. It's delicious!

It's all dependent on what type of pizza you want. New York style (or Neopolitin)go with NYPD, Milano's by In&Out or Sbarro's in the mall. California pizza go with Amore's, Sicily Pizza, Pizza Factory or Tracy Joe's. Deep dish is pizza hut pan pizza, Chicago style go to Antioch and try Uno's Chicago Bar & Grill (real Chicago). Italian style go to Amici's in Dublin on Tassajara Road exit by Safeway while you're in Dublin go to the theater and try Me-N-Ed's Slices (not the regular Me-N-Ed's) slices are New York Style. What else do you want to know?

Thanks for the roundup, but get back to my original questions. Which is YOUR favorite, and why? That's what I want to know!

Milano's pizza is new and in my opinion one of the best for the price. Before Molinos I was eating mostly Round Table. Its consistant, good and they serve slices for 3 bucks if you dont feel like a whole pizza. Ed, the owner, is a nice guy and its a family business.

I am happy there are a lot of places to grab a slice at lunch now. Before if you wanted that your only choice was the mall, then finally Costco, Then it seemed all at once we had pizza.

If I want a slice and a beer best place is NYPD No beer then get a slice at Milano's and iced tea from starbucks next door, which has plenty of outside eating area.
