See, I actually did look for the stats. All I found was that MH has a foreclosure rate of just over two percent. Stockton is over four percent. So, yeah, I've looked for the data. And you? You're relying on what... anecdotal hearsay? You don't know what you're talking about, so go back to searching for pr0n.
You're right, though, many of the people who are losing their homes bought more than they could manage. That's what's happening all over the country. Open a newspaper once in a while. Foreclosures are endemic among the folks that went for the ARM loans and are now being clobbered by their new interest rates. Oh, look:
