A woman at 7:57 a.m. Monday said her 8-year-old son just ran home from a neighbor’s house on the 100 block of East Seventh Street, where he said a man “touched his private parts.”
The woman called back a few hours later to say that the report was unfounded, that there was no inappropriate touching.
After speaking to the accused, the woman decided “it was a case of an 8-year-old that did not want to go to school.”
